 Northern Caribbean University (NCU) is a place where noble dreams are pursued, where divine destinies are decided, and where talents are transformed into tools useful in the creation of a better life and a better world. We make valued servant leaders. In assuming this position as the 23rd president of this noble institution, I take this opportunity to affirm all the presidents who have served prior. They have done extraordinarily well, and their cumulative contributions have created an institution that has arrived on the borders of a great institution. Special mention must be made of Dr Herbert Thompson who has not only been the longest serving president to date, but under whose tenure Northern Caribbean University (NCU) has experienced its greatest period of growth and development. I am indeed humbled by the opportunity to occupy this position for such a time as this.
